To collect the Online / offline applications from the applicants of the PMAY Scheme as per scheme components, Scrutiny of documents, and submit the various reports.
Executing the Geo- Tagging / Survey for Kaccha, Semi-pacca, Pacca houses of existing houses of applicants. feeding of all online forms on MIS portal of Govt.
DPR Preparation work means the work for preparation of Detail Project Report for all the proposed benefciaries (either in one Phase or in No. of phases) with the drawings of Dwelling Units, and other required Basic & Social infrastructure, such as water supply pipeline, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Rain water Harvesting, Road, Drainage line, Storm Water Drainage etc. with all necessary Estimates etc. DPR Preparation work which includes the work of rectication if required therein and to rectify as per the requirement of MHADA/ DMA approving authority of state and central government.
Also the Preparation of Curtailment DPR which includes the List of Those beneciaries which dose not want to take advantage of the scheme after their name were sanctioned in proposed beneciary list.
